Born in Somerset and raised in Cardiff, Wales, Tim studied for his undergraduate degree in Classics at Cardiff University where he also obtained his postgraduate M.A., specialising in Ancient Languages.

Tim's first role was in the International Office at Cardiff University, where he learnt the ropes of international student recruitment. Tim then worked for another Navitas College, HIBT at the University of Hertfordshire, as Marketing Manager. In March 2009, Tim joined ICP as Senior Marketing Manager.

Tim has travelled extensively in his role, mainly to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the Middle East, but also to Nepal, Nigeria, Kenya and Zambia.

In his spare time Tim enjoys football (a Manchester United supporter!), keeping fit, reading and spending time with his wife, to whom he has been married for 2 years.
